Suprangon started with a simple observation: independent properties were running serious businesses on paper diaries and message threads, because every property management system on the market was built for 200-room city hotels.

Why we started
Independent properties are serious businesses, and a great many of them are still run by hand. A missed booking or a miscounted breakfast isn't a minor inconvenience at that scale. It's a guest who won't come back and a team that stays up late fixing the mistake on paper.
The name Suprangon comes from সুপ্রাঙ্গণ — a beautiful, well-kept courtyard. That's what we want every property's front desk to feel like: calm, in order, and ready for whoever walks in next.
We spent time at real front desks watching how bookings actually get taken, how meal counts actually reach the kitchen, and how housekeeping actually finds out a room is ready. Suprangon is built directly from that, not from a hotel industry feature checklist.
Every rule in the system, from why a checked-in guest can never be marked a no-show, to why a refund can never exceed what was actually paid, exists because we saw the real mistake it prevents.
